Sinopse:
Depois de voltaram para sua amada casa na Warner Bros. Water Tower, os Animaniacs não perdem tempo em causar caos e todo tipo de divertidas confusões enquanto correm soltos pelo estúdio, e claro, transformaram o mundo em seu playground pessoal. Assim, Yakko, Wakko e Dot, irão se juntar com os personagens favoritos dos fãs, Pinky e o Cérebro, também estão de volta e continuam sua busca pela dominação mundial.
