Sinopse:

Akihabara é conhecida como um farol para a cultura otaku em todos os lugares. Mas em um futuro não tão distante, essa cultura está em declínio devido a uma aflição misteriosa que causa perda generalizada de memória. Como resultado, Akihabara perdeu seu brilho. No entanto, em uma das poucas lojas otaku restantes, Izumi e um grupo de amigas criam um plano para restaurar as memórias perdidas e devolver a antiga glória de Akiba.
