Sinopse:

Yukishiro Nanako é uma garota fofa e alegre do ensino médio com uma peculiaridade - em vez de comunicação verbal, ela escreve poemas senryuu para transmitir seus pensamentos. Junto com o ex-delinquente Busujima Eiji, eles são iniciantes do Clube de Literatura da escola. Mesmo que Nanako não fale, com o poder de senryuu, o adorável par não tem nenhum problema em aproveitar sua divertida vida escolar através de 5-7-5 sílabas.
