Sinopse:
Em um planeta longe da Terra, há um reino cheio de rostos sorridentes. A princesa Yuuki tem 12 anos e está prestes a entrar em uma idade sensível na vida de uma pessoa. Todos os dias, ela chora, ri e, às vezes, seu coração palpita de excitação. Todo o tempo, ela vive alegremente no palácio real. Enchendo seus dias de cor estão seus leais súditos: sua tutora Reira, Izana que auxilia em assuntos políticos, o líder da cavalaria Harold e, seu amigo de infância e auxiliar Joshua. Stella tem 17 anos e é um soldado capaz e reservada. No entanto, ela está sempre sorrindo pois sorrir é essencial para viver.

As the final battle rages on, Yuki and Stella arrive on distant foreign soil. Yuki has made up her mind to end the war, but Stella stands in her way. What future will these girls bring to their world?
