Sinopse:
Naoe-kun, a massage therapist, meets a strange patient - a lovely lady with pointy ears and emerald eyes, an elf who loves junk food. Her obsession has caught up with her, and now Naoe must help this lovable elf lose weight.

1 - The Elf of the Forest
Naoe has a strange last appointment booked for the day. The clients name is Elfuda and she comes from another dimension. Now, she needs some help.
2 - The Dark Elf and the Beautiful Flower
Erufuda isnt the only person from another dimension worried about gaining a few pounds! She is shocked to discover Kuroeda, a dark elf, is also stranded in this world.
3 - The Sweaty Ogre and the Turquoise Scales
Naoe and Elfuda get ready to go to the sauna! Time to sweat off some pounds with a boosted metabolism! But rumor has it, an ogre is a regular at the sauna...
4 - The Baron;s Dog and the Floating Pig
Elfuda shows Naoe the entrance to the alternate dimension where she entered his world. Then its back to running, but too much exertion can lead to injury!
5 - The Empress of the Park and the Demonic Dinner
While training at the park, Naoe and his friends encounter Kobo, who is snatching sweets from the local children! Kobo is worried about weight gain from eating too much candy.
6 - The Hindsight Bones and the Snowy Dragon
The gang unearths a whole persons worth of bones from underneath Naoes bed! Time to put together a skeleton.
7 - Potatoes of Shame and the Titan;s Fist
Elfuda receives a coupon for a years supply of free fries at a hamburger shop! However, its a trap!
8 - Otherworldly Beings and Super Spicy Poses
Naoe is worried that the people of the otherworld are not losing weight, so he takes his group to a hot yoga studio.
9 - Kiddie Cure-all
Kuroeda creates a suspicious potion using black magic and plans to have Elufuda drink it as an experiment.
10 - The Affectionate Dog and the Dark Roast Plant
Elfuda succumbs to temptation once again and gets some fries, but a doggone puppy runs up and steals them!
11 - A Stagnating Dream
A suspicious woman approaches Naoe and starts talking about delicious soft serve ice cream! She may have an unexpected connection to Elfuda.
12 - The Beefy Soldier and Remnants of a Dream
Naoe is worried about Ooedas harsh regimen is taking its toll on Elfuda. He finally decides to intervene.
