Sinopse:

Na Academia Kamome, existem muitos rumores sobre os Sete Mistérios da escola, um dos quais é o Hanako-san. Acredita-se que ocupa a terceira porta do WC das mulheres do terceiro andar no prédio da antiga escola, Hanako-san concede qualquer desejo quando convocada. Nene Yashiro, uma estudante que adora o ocultismo e sonha com romance, aventura-se nesse WC assombrado… mas a Hanako-san que ela conhece não é nada como ela imaginou! Hanako-san, da Kamome Academy, é um menino!
