Sinopse:

A história acompanha Koushi Nagumo, um garoto de 12 anos que se vê desabrigado e sem ninguém para cuidar dele. Em um certo dia, ele é encontra na rua por uma garota, que o indica como sendo a “nova mãe do dormitório”. A partir de então Koushi passa a viver em um dormitório cheio de garotas universitárias, com as mais problemáticas personalidades.
