1 - Under the Cherry Blossom Trees, Once Again / The Sleepy Season, Slip / A Wolf Pretends

Ousai Academy starts a new school year. Suzus dog, Boa, visits the school. Takatoshis little sister joins as a first year. The student council gets concerned about improper relationships at school. Another squid scene with Takatoshi where he sprays milk on a model butt. Mutsumi sets up a match with Toki, where Toki would have to join the judo club if she loses.

1 - Under the Cherry Tree / Will I Get This Feeling Every Time? / For Now, Let's Try Stripping

Takatoshi Tsuda, on his first day of high school, is recruited to join Ousai Academys student council as the vice president. Shino gives him a tour of the school. They go over some school rules and start a suggestion box. Hata interviews Shino for the school paper, but the process seems to resemble that of an eroge.

2 - I Was Watching Over Hagimura Suzu / Ousai & Eiyou Have Another Mixer! / Always Have Tissues Ready for Your Check-up

Some gags about the art pieces in class. Suzu feels under the weather so the council has her rest in the infirmary for the school day. Shino shows Uomi the different locales on campus, but they interpret each place with something sexual. Uomi offers some concerns about the placement of the mens restroom. Aria has a spot on guessing an object based on its silhouette shape. Gags about allergies and mouse pads. Takatoshi makes a poster. The girls ask Takatoshi for tissues. Uomi asks Takatoshi if theres a girl he likes. And a follow-up to the squid episode where Hata is done with her part but Aria shows up.

2 - By the Way, Are You S or M? / In That Case I'll Be Testing That Strength of Yours / This Thing of Yours That Sparkles Brightly. What Is It?

Mutsumi asks Takatoshi for help in getting a judo club established. Takatoshi asks the girls for tutoring help. Yokoshima-sensei is introduced. The council cleans out a classroom full of storage materials. Aria worries about night stalkers.

3 - The Three-Day Vice President / Beautiful Lady

Takatoshi asks Kotomi to act as vice president while his class goes to Okinawa. Nene has some gags involving her device. Kotomi joins Aria and Shino in morning inspections. As the class tours Okinawa, Hata appears and asks Takatoshi to check on two teachers that seem to be flirting with each other. Suzu gets separated from the group; the students and teachers look for her. When Yokohama freaks out over a display stand for spotted dick, they find Suzu. Shino ponders whether to call Takatoshi. The next day, the class visits a lighthouse and has fun at the beach; Shino, Aria and Kotomi do the same. The class feeds fish underwater while wearing diving helmets. Kotomi asks Shino whether she and Takatoshi are dating, so Shino calls Takatoshi. When Suzu and Takatoshi return they share some snacks they bought.

3 - Even I Admit It's Well Wrapped / President, Open It Wider! / You've Had Enough Already?

Shino and Aria go to Kyoto for their class trip. Takatoshi tries to get his council work done but is distracted by Kotomis requests. Suzu invites Takatoshi over.

4 - Emphasis Point Point Point / Moe-tail / Always Peeled Back at Groundbreaking Levels

Uomi appears at the school in Shinos gym clothes, as her own clothes got wet from the rain. She observes the council as they do their activities in the office. Hata interviews them. Shino and Takatoshi walk the halls. Kaede-chan has a segment where she walks the halls and observes each of the student council girls. In the squid segment, Takatoshi is approached by Aria, who then runs away. Nene has a trivia segment about the history of dildos. Takatoshi and the gang study at the library. Takatoshi and Kotomi have to take make-up exams, so they have a study session with the council girls at their house. Aria does a what is this? segment; the object is a vibrator. For Golden Week, the council members visit Arias company amusement park and test the rides. They enjoy a dinner afterwards.

4 - So I Dress Untidily in Invisible Places / Congratulations / So It's Fine for Me This Way

Shino returns with gifts for the gang. Topics include melon bread, milk, hot weather and counseling, The council celebrates Shinos birthday. Afterwards, Takatoshi shares an umbrella with Shino.

5 - Support Style / Pitching a Tent After the Deed / Fighting Girls

The council members talk about food and the summer weather. An assortment of jokes from the manga. It starts to rain. Hata photographs the council members as they model the new school swimsuits. On the way home, they cut through a park. The judo girls have marathon practice by running into town, but Toki gets lost. A stray cat visits campus. The council holds a send-off assembly for the judo club.

5 - Isn't It Hard on Your Ass? / I Need More Enjoyment / I Should Run to School with Bread in My Mouth, Too!

Takatoshi has a cold and receives a visit from Shino, whose activities are misinterpreted by Takatoshis sister Kotomi. Later, Shino must honor her commitment of being photographed at the swimming pool. Aria asks Shino for advice on a crush she has. Yokoshima tries to trap Takatoshi in a classroom. The council makes a web page.

6 - Student Council President: The Idol / Attack Item Thrrob

Shino is recruited to become a Japanese idol. She pictures life as one, where she gets along with the staff and does quite well at the tasks given, including modeling and singing at concerts. But when she sees Takatoshi dating a girl that resembles her, she wakes up from her dream and declines the offer. The girls ponder self-defense strategies and take lessons from the judo club. Igarashi is especially worried as it means having to interact with Takatoshi. Aria has another guessing game involving what is going on a steamy car in traffic. In the Takatoshi and Squid segments, Suzu helps Takatoshi clean up. Aria and the other girls are concerned about what they have observed.

6 - Tsuda-kun Won't Read It, He'll Use It! / If There's an Uke, There Has to Be a Seme! / No, Please Wear Clothes

The council investigates some of the scary school legends. Yokoshima shows the council a porn magazine she confiscated. The council visits Mutsumis judo club. Shino gets the hiccups. The council prepares for a day at the beach.

7 - I Said Something Good / The Ones Who Make You, You / Yep, It Came Out

Aria and Shino sell an SYD bicycle. Jokes about lettering. The council receives some gifts from various clubs. Shino tries out the different clubs, and finds she is good at everything. Takatoshi and Kotomi pull out a telescope; the council girls join them to look at the stars. The council gets the school swimming pool ready for use. The day of the pool opening, Shino forgets to bring underwear. Takatoshi and Kotomi compare grades. Yokohama has an English lesson.

7 - It's Getting Bigger / Boy Love with Tsuda-kun

The council spends a day at the beach, and a night at an inn.

8 - Play with Water and Get Soaked / All-purpose Wing / Summer Night, Summer Morning

The council goes to the beach again, this time to help Yokohama scout the place for a school trip. Yokohama chases a boy and gets drunk again so they stay at the inn. At night, they have a test of courage which freaks Suzu out. They also hear mysterious tappings on the wall. Afterwards, they visit Takatoshis house to study. The council prepares inventions for the school fair. Shino gets lonely and calls everyone individually and converses with them. Suzu has an overnight study party where they take a break to walk Boa. Takatoshi and the Squid episode where he tries to explain to Suzu but they are seen by the other girls. Takatoshi confronts Kotomi about the edited photo where he poses in speedos as a muscleman.

8 - Oh? You're the Strawberry Panties from This Morning! / Virgin Sex Might Become Popular / I'll Fight in Place of the Others!

The council plans events for sports day. Suzu visits Takatoshis house and meets Kotomi. Shino is scared when a bug flies into the room. Discipline Committee head Kaede Igarashi confronts the council about their activities at the inn. When one of the judo members gets injured, Shino volunteers to take her place.

9 - Hata Ranko Does It! / Female Alumni are Super Awesome / Got the Wrong Idea

The council helps Hata with filling articles for the school newspaper. They interview the teachers on difficult phrases to say. They suspect the two teachers Daimon and Michishita are a couple, and in the questioning, discover they are engaged. Former student council president Furuya visits Ousai and then invites the council to a festival at her university. They meet the girls from Triple Booking. Uomi and Takatoshi discover they are attending the same wedding and that they will be relatives-in-law. Arias guess the object segment.

9 - How Much Will You Pay? / I See! We Have Nothing to Do! With That! / Venezuela

The council prepares for sports day. Takatoshi writes a surprisingly touching story. The council participates in various sports day events for their class, and then as a team for the final group relay.

10 - The Tsuda Mushroom was as Expected / Feathers Fly / What it Feels Like to be a Pumpkin

The council clean up their room. When Shino mentions that saving money by going to local farmers markets is something a good woman should do, Aria hosts the council and Kotomi to her mountain area where they pick wild mushrooms and other edible plants. Takatoshis inadvertent compliments about Hagimuras Suzu bell get her flustered. They stay over at the family cabin. The council does some exercising and host the lost and found. The council prepares for Halloween festivities and dress up. Rain almost cancels out their costume contest, but it clears out in time.

10 - The Maid Has Seen! Ojou-sama's Ero Places / I Have No Character Traits Like That / If You're Okay with Me Then I'm Fine Going Together with You

The council visits Arias home and meets her maid Dejima. Takatoshi sees school reporter Hata on her daily activities. The school conducts a cultural festival.

11 - A Pure Reaction to a Double Entendre / That Happens in Some Countries / Play With the Snow, Santa's Heirs!

The council review some of the school rules. The council plans surprise club inspections but is concerned about leaks. They try using a secret code involving tops and bottoms, which is misinterpreted by Hata. Takatoshi helps Shino with her cellphone but is shocked by her message. The council and Kotomi visit Eiryou High School for their cultural festival. As winter comes, the council shovels snow at school and have stew party in the dark at Takatoshis house. At night, Shino dresses as Santa and gives everyone presents.

11 - I've Never Seen Natural Phenomena Like This / Should I Have My Underwear On? / Santa's Sexual Desires

Takatoshi helps Kotomi prepare for the Ousai Academy interviews. Random gags about the cold weather, and misunderstandings. The council cleans up the club room, and then celebrates Christmas at Arias vacation house.

12 - It's Happy New Year / What It Takes to Stand Above Someone / Virgin / I Can't Believe You're Washing That

The council members visit a New Years sale. They talk about New Years resolutions. Squid and Takatoshi segments are back: Takatoshi removes milky slime off of Suzus jacket. Jokes about shoes, lunch. Mutsumi recruits for a judo team manager, and does other activities with the team. Dejima teaches the council girls how to make chocolate for Takatoshi. Nenes history lesson is about a plant stalk that is the shape of a dildo. While shopping for White Day gifts, Takatoshi meets Uomi, and then the other girls gather. To conclude the Squid and Takatoshi segments, Takatoshi checks the girls for alibis. Shino makes lunch for the Tsudas. Afterwards, when Tsuda says goodbye to Shino, he surprisingly meets with Uomi, which makes the girls jealous.

12 - It's Universally Embarrassing / School Uniforms Are Best When Half-Worn / Wasn't it Your Own Version of Exhibition Play?

The student council celebrates the new year. Yokoshima catches a cold. Takatoshi receives chocolates for Valentines Day. Kotomi does her entrance exam and interview for Ousai.

13 - How to Talk About Love Properly / Long Range Attack / Hair Showing / Cherry Blossom Sky

Takatoshi is surprised to find Uomi at his house, ready to make dinner. Shino arrives with food and they have friendly rivalry. They watch a DVD of an old film and stay the night. Aria and Suzu visit the next day and help clean. Hata tries to figure out some slogans for the council members, and rumors arise concerning Takatoshi and Shino. Igarashi slips on the stairs but is saved by Takatoshi. As Aria and Shino go to graduation, Takatoshi and Suzu do some council activities on their own. Takatoshi and Suzu catch up to Aria and Shino and ask why they are leaving without saying goodbye. They then reveal that they have not graduated yet (it was the end of Takatoshis first year) and they are actually holding sushi rolls, of which they make dirty jokes.

13 - Seitokai Yakuindomo! Good Work!

The council visits the robot research club. More daily school life gags. Kotomi walks to school as the credits roll. The council recaps highlights from the series with a bit of revisionist history.
